Sourdough Part 4

It has been a while, but the puppy, now named "Wookie," has been adapted to our home and rhythms. I think he is mostly potty-trained and nearly the size of Pippy. This time of year, the dogs spend a lot of time outside, and so do I.

My garden is about 1/2 in. 6 more beds to weed and plant, and tomatoes and potatoes to plant in them. I finished my flowers in all my bright and beautiful and baskets yesterday. At least it has started to rain. All my plants needed the rain.

The sourdough starter was thrown in the fridge when I went out of town for a week. My son made sure it was fed twice. And now that it's warm out (and generally too warm to bake) it stays in the fridge, I still feed it every day or 2, and it warms up beautifully whenever I am ready to bake with it.
