Your idea about 5 minutes of yoga doing lots of good is inspiring. Can I inspire you to create 5 minute yoga routines? You know, have a 5 minute routine for energy- 5 minutes to relaxation, 5 minutes to calming, 5 minutes to grounding, ect. . .
I am not sure how to best present it. . . I would assume to someone who knows a little yoga, maby in pamphlet form for each routine? With visuals on each pose.
5 minutes I could squeeze into me scheduel if I had a clue on what kind of poses to follow to create a good little routine.
